Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
This hotel was a huge disappointment for me. The rooms were tiny and not properly cleaned, especially the bathrooms. It felt like living in a prison cell with minimal space to move around, and the lack of an elevator made it challenging to lug luggage up the noisy, crooked stairs. The ongoing renovations only added to the chaos. Definitely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If I find myself back in Lisbon, I would opt for a quieter location without a second thought. Unless you enjoy a brick for a bed, I strongly advise avoiding this place completely. On a scale from 1 to 10, it falls severely short with a -10 rating.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room didn't match the pictures, being small and somewhat unclean, the top-floor location with a lovely balcony facing the high street was a plus. The breakfast area always seemed crowded, making it necessary to clean a table before each meal.
The hotel had small and somewhat dirty rooms with a striking smell from the cleaning chemicals, but it offered a little balcony and large bathrooms. The service was efficient but lacked friendliness. The location was very good near the water but noisy at night. The dining experience was simple with limited choices, and the facilities were just adequate.
The hotel was a bit on the smaller side but livable, especially during the heatwave in July. The balcony windows provided a nice touch, but the limited space between the bed and wardrobe made it a bit of a squeeze. The service was excellent with incredibly helpful and friendly staff, and the location was fantastic, walking distance to the city center and public transportation. The dining experience was okay but could be improved, lacking some variety in breakfast options.
The hotel has a fantastic location, perfect for exploring central Lisbon and visiting famous places. However, the rooms were quite small and had a strong smell from cleaning chemicals. The service was lacking warmth and felt impersonal.
The hotel is so convenient, with super small rooms that might be tight for three adults but overall a decent stay. The service was warm and friendly, though a bit slow at check-in. The location is amazing, perfect for tourists but with potential scams around. The dining was uninteresting, so I recommend exploring nearby restaurants instead.
